Punch List Pro allows users to capture, import, and manage construction site photos and generate reports.
Accounts
Users may create an account using email, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google to access their data across devices.
Data Collection
The app collects and processes photos selected or captured by the user, as well as basic account information required for login. The app may also request access to your contacts, used only when you choose to assign a punch list item to someone from your contacts, and may send push notifications about activity on your projects.
Data Usage
Uploaded images and related data are used solely to organize punch list items and generate reports within the app.
Data Storage
User data, including uploaded photos, is securely stored in cloud infrastructure to enable syncing and report generation.
Third-Party Services
Photos and documents you upload may be processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to power features like duplicate photo detection and automatic plan scanning. Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations — they do not use your data for their own purposes.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent user data. We do not share user data with third parties except the service providers described above, solely to operate the app.
Tracking
Punch List Pro does not use third-party tracking or advertising services.
User Control
Users control which photos are uploaded and may delete their data within the app.
